3.2. Any payment-related disputes should be raised directly with CCAvenue as per their terms and conditions.

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
